How much time do our people need to commit?

Finding a partner with genuine expertise turned out to be far from easy. The market is full of companies advertising themselves as AI specialists, but their actual experience and portfolio often tell a different story.

We started our collaboration with WeAreFuture by streamlining the quoting process — without revealing too much about the originality of the solution, I can share that our jointly developed AI, codenamed Alina, can now independently prepare a commercial offer for a client based on an inquiry submitted in any format — even completely unstructured.

An internal AI bot is also about to go live, answering employee questions about internal procedures and providing product information. The solutions we've implemented are already running in production and relieving the team of redundant tasks.

The synergy we've achieved working side by side with the WeAreFuture team has significantly increased the effectiveness of our solutions. From idea to first functional version takes no more than a couple of weeks, allowing us to quickly evaluate results and make adjustments.
