We are a Polish company specializing in agentic AI and data. We build AI Engine inside companies: a shared infrastructure that connects their data, procedures and decisions with their processes, teams and tasks. We are accountable for the outcome and we are not tied to any single vendor.

Who we are.
Our goal is not to implement AI but to grow the value of our clients’ businesses. We measure it from day one.
We build industry leaders: companies where AI is built into how the whole business operates and that move ahead of competitors who are falling behind on AI. We help organizations become a Company of the Future, where people and AI agents work on the same data and by the same rules: people coordinate, agents execute.
Many companies already have AI tools, agents and automations, but an agent connected to one system improves only a slice of the business. That is why we build AI Engine and bring business and technology together.
We guide mid-sized and large companies through AI transformation: from pinpointing where AI gives an edge, through order in the company’s data and knowledge, to AI agents in processes and a new way of working for people. Our team brings experience from large consulting firms, including Accenture, EY and PwC, and from business, from banking to technology companies.

For the duration of the change, an AI consultant and an AI engineer become part of your team, backed by the WeAreFuture engine. They learn how the company works day to day and work with you until we deliver the outcome agreed before the start. For adoption programs, an adoption specialist joins them.
PLN 1 billion by 2035
How we count the billion.
In 2026–2035, working with us is meant to bring our clients a total of PLN 1 billion in confirmed business value. We count it the same way as in every project: before kickoff we write down the baseline, the goal and the failure threshold with the client, and after implementation we measure from the same point.
- We count only outcomes confirmed by the client: additional margin, lower cost, hours saved, avoided expenses.
- We do not count forecasts, declarations or effects banked in advance: each solution contributes what it delivered in a given year.
- We report progress every year in a report. The first one will cover 2026.
