Claude plans
Team, Max or Enterprise?
Anthropic has three plans that matter for companies. The choice depends on scale, your security team’s requirements and who will use the tool.
For teams
Team
A shared workspace, central administration and commercial data protection. Standard and Premium seats can be mixed in one team. The account owner sees a usage dashboard: active users and seat utilization.
For individuals
Max
An individual plan with higher limits for people who work with Claude most intensively. It is a personal account, not a company plan.
For large organizations
Enterprise
Adds automated account management (SCIMAutomated management of user accounts: access disappears together with the employee’s account.), audit logs, custom data retention, the Compliance API and an API for usage analytics. For corporate groups and companies with extensive security requirements.
Not sure which plan? We often start with Team, measure usage for 4-6 weeks, and only then decide on seats and a possible move to Enterprise.

Data security
“What about our data?”
Model training
On company plans, Anthropic does not train models on your organization’s data by default. This is in the terms of service, not a sales promise.
Admin control
The administrator manages access, settings and the organization’s data. Enterprise adds audit logs and custom data retention.
Sign-in and accounts
Sign-in through your identity provider (SSO), and in Enterprise automated account management (SCIM): access disappears together with the employee’s account.
GDPR and the AI Act
Use cases need to be assessed for specific processes. Article 4 of the AI Act requires measures to support the development of skills among people using AI. The adoption programme supports the development of skills in using AI. We adapt its scope to how AI is used in the company.
AI Engine
What stays in your AI engine
AI instructions, process descriptions and data rules stay in company accounts, not in individual people’s heads. When an employee leaves, their way of working stays. This is the first layer of the AI Engine: the documented knowledge, procedures and rules of your company that agents later work on.

What the cost depends on
Choosing a plan is free
Plan prices are public in Anthropic’s pricing. The cost of our work depends on the scope: the quick start is a fixed 50-hour package, and the team program has a fixed price for a group of up to 30 people. Poland’s National Training Fund (KFS) covers up to 70% of training costs.

Frequently asked questions about Claude for business.
How much does Claude for business cost?
Plan prices are public in Anthropic’s pricing: Team has a fixed monthly price per seat, while Enterprise adds usage billed separately on top of the seat fee. On top of that comes the cost of rollout and adoption, which depends on the scope. After one call, we’ll tell you what scope makes sense in your situation.
Does Claude train on our data?
No. On the Team and Enterprise company plans, Anthropic does not use the organization’s data to train models by default. The administrator controls access and settings, and Enterprise adds audit logs, SCIM and custom data retention.
We want to buy Claude. Where do we start?
With a call with us: we agree on the number of users, use cases and security requirements, and then recommend a plan and settings. If Microsoft Copilot is a better fit for your company, we’ll say so directly.
Can we buy Claude without paying by card?
If you want to buy Claude Team for your company but can’t pay by card, or the purchase has to go through your standard procurement process, write to us. We’ll help you choose a plan and go through the purchase.
What is the difference between Team and Enterprise?
Team is enough for most companies to start: a shared workspace, administration and commercial data protection. Enterprise makes sense when your security team requires SCIM, audit logs and extended controls, typically in large organizations and corporate groups. We often start with Team and decide after 4-6 weeks of measurement. Details in our guide to Claude plans.
How long do the start and adoption take?
The quick start brings the first results after 2-4 weeks. The team program takes 8 weeks and ends with measurement: who has a solution in everyday work and how much time they save.
Does Claude work in Polish?
Yes. Claude writes, analyzes documents and handles correspondence in Polish. We run our implementations on Polish processes and documents.
