Before the course

The tool is there. Nobody knows what is allowed.

Copilot Chat is in Microsoft 365, or the company has Claude. Some people have never opened it, some paste customer emails and reports into private accounts, and AI output goes to customers unchecked.

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act has required companies to ensure AI literacy among the people who use AI systems.Source: Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), Article 4

Questions

Frequently asked questions about the Hi_AI platform.

Does IT need to install anything?

No. The course runs in the browser.

Is a paid licence needed?

No. Copilot Chat in Microsoft 365 or Claude on a company account is enough. The course distinguishes between features available in paid and free plans.

How many people can take part?

There is no limit. Anyone with an AI tool on a company account can take part.

Does the course take care of the AI Act?

It helps meet the obligation under Article 4 (AI literacy) and gives you a report on who completed the course. It does not replace the company’s AI policy.

We have not chosen a tool yet. Where do we start?

With an audit and tool selection. The course makes sense once you know which tool people will work in. AI tools usage audit

Can the course be co-funded?

The e-learning course cannot be co-funded through Poland’s Development Services Database (BUR). Co-funding from the National Training Fund (KFS) or PARP projects applies to programmes with a trainer, such as AI practitioners.

What comes after the course?

The report shows who wants to go further. These people form the group for the AI practitioners programme, in which we write down ways of working on your tasks.
