We teach on the tools you work with:Microsoft Copilot
8 weeks of work with a trainer on your own tasks: quotes, summaries, customer correspondence, reports. Every participant works on their own solution, and we calculate the impact at the end of the programme. The company also gets documented ways of working.
Before the programme
Quotes, summaries and reports are made as a year ago, with data retyped by hand.
A month later, nobody goes back to it.
Only one person can prepare the quote for the biggest customer. When they are out, everything stops.
Access to a licence alone does not change the way people work. Without a programme, a licence works like a free account, only more expensive.

Proof
A manufacturing company, adoption programme running since December 2025
Survey 05.2026, 51 people, mostly AI ambassadors, self-reported data. Time savings: 24 people estimated their combined savings at 136 hours per week. This is time converted into money, not a measured financial return.
This is the result of a longer programme. We do not promise this amount after 8 weeks, so we measure the impact at your company, before and after. See the case study

Who it is for and when

How it works
Week by week, participants hand more work to AI as their trust in the output grows.
01Before the start
We know each participant’s starting point.
02Week 1
Everyone chooses the tasks they will practise on.
03Weeks 2–5
AI works on your materials, and a repetitive task becomes an instruction a colleague can take over.
04Weeks 6–7
AI performs the task from start to finish, and a person checks the result.
05Week 8
We calculate the impact per participant and write a process description someone outside the department can understand.
Between sessions: recordings, a pool of 1:1 consultations, a channel in Teams or Slack and a programme coordinator.
