Workflow

How the agent works

The Product agent connects requirements with product properties and selection rules. Its recommendation remains traceable.

  1. Understands customer requirements.

  2. Filters options and checks constraints.

  3. Runs rule-based calculations.

  4. Prepares the configuration and product sheet.

A common product model reduces repeated checks and makes product knowledge useful across more roles.

Time saved

Less switching between spreadsheets, catalogues and separate tools.

New possibilities

Agreed rules can power the configurator, the Quoting agent and future applications.

Integrations

Possible integrations

The data foundation connects product definitions, availability and configuration rules.

Launch conditions

We agree launch conditions after reviewing the data and integration scope. Together, we define the process, preparation needed and acceptance criteria.

Getting started

Let’s check readiness to start

You do not need everything ready in advance. Together, we review these areas, identify gaps and agree what to prepare before a pilot.

  1. Products and variants. Choose one product family to start with. Let’s review parameters, catalogues, prices, availability and their update sources.

  2. Selection rules. Gather dependencies, constraints and calculations. Include correct configurations and exceptions to review together.

  3. Tools and data. Identify ERP, PIM and existing configurators. We agree which data and rules can be reused.

  4. Technical review. Nominate a product expert to check results. Together, we define the pilot scope and required level of accuracy.

Pricing

What the price depends on

  1. Selection rules

How many product families, variants, dependencies and calculations the agent applies when selecting a product.

  2. Product data

The state of parameters, catalogues, prices and availability, and how many systems they come from, such as ERP, PIM or your current configurator.

  3. Security and environment

IT requirements for access and for where the agent runs, in the cloud or on your servers.

The first call is free. We quote the price after reviewing the data and integrations, and when the idea first needs testing on your data, we start with a feasibility study.

Let’s talk about the work you want to improve.
