From experiments to everyday AI use
AI became part of everyday work. Tool use and employee ideas are measured and gathered into a shared plan.

For three months, our AI consultant and an AI engineer work inside your company, backed by the WeAreFuture engine: agents and knowledge from our previous projects. After the quarter, you have an AI roadmap with value and cost estimates, rules for working with AI, an adoption framework and a person on your side who takes it forward. You decide on the next step.
Involvement and value
First, we do most of the work. Then your people take over, and value grows.
Days 1-90
We do most of the work
An AI consultant and an AI engineer get to know your processes, data and people. They document the baseline, the roadmap and the rules for working with AI. Your team takes part in interviews and workshops.
After 90 days
Your people take the lead
Your AI lead runs the roadmap, and ambassadors in each department support their colleagues. We stay on in a smaller role or not at all. You decide.
Following quarters
Value grows faster and faster
Every project on the roadmap builds on the data, rules and knowledge gathered earlier. The next ones go faster and cost less, so value grows faster than the effort.
When it fits
The board has made the decision. You have an AI lead or are appointing one, but nobody can run the first quarter.
You don’t want five contracts with five vendors. You want one person who is accountable.
You have AI pilots, and none of them made it into everyday work.
People use AI on their own, some on private accounts. There are no rules and no owner.
You buy a quarter, and then you decide what comes next.
Deliverables
Where the company is today: processes, data, tools and skills. We measure value against this point later.
At least 5 projects, each with a value and cost estimate, ranked by return and readiness.
Scope and a request for proposal you can take to any vendor.
Ready for legal review and for presentation to the board.
How to bring AI into everyday work with the tools you use.
Interviews with ambassadors in each department and support for their program.
Plus a person on your side whom we coach 1:1 for the quarter.
How we work together
The work that juniors do in traditional consulting is done by agents, supervised by the people accountable for it.
Your company
Join you for 90 days
Acts as your AI lead for the quarter. Works with the board and process owners, builds the roadmap and the rules for working with AI, and coaches the person who will take over the role 1:1.
Reviews the data and systems that implementations depend on and prepares the concept for the key implementation: scope and request for proposal.
How it works
01Before signing
We write down six deliverables and the acceptance criteria, and you name the person who will take over as AI lead after the quarter.
02Days 1–90
Every week you get a report: what was done and how many hours.
03Day 90
We check the deliverables against the criteria agreed at the start.
04After the quarter
You continue with our AI consultant at 10% of their time, on your own, or deliver the roadmap with us.
AI Engine
The baseline, the roadmap, the AI rules and the process descriptions are the first layers of the AI Engine: the knowledge, procedures and rules of your company that people and agents later work on. Every project on the roadmap adds another, so the next one doesn’t start from scratch.

See the case studyThis was a longer program. AI Start in 90 days packages the first quarter of this kind of engagement into one contract. We don’t promise these results after 90 days: we measure value at your company against the baseline.
Scope and investment
A fixed price for the quarter
Paid in three monthly installments, in arrears.
If we don’t deliver at least five of the six deliverables, you don’t pay the third installment, and everything we produced stays with you.
Questions
Three months. Before signing, we agree on the deliverables and acceptance criteria, and after 90 days you decide whether and how we continue.
Not at the start. For the quarter, our AI consultant fills that role and prepares a person on your side. After the quarter, you continue with our AI consultant at 10% of their time or on your own.
The AI consultant works with you at about 40% of full time, or about 64 hours a month. The engineer’s time depends on how much data and how many systems need to be reviewed. You get an hours report every week.
No. The Start ends with a roadmap and a concept for the key implementation, including a request for proposal. You can give the implementation to us or to another vendor. Whether we bid in your request is agreed openly before signing.
Discovery takes 3–5 weeks and answers the question of where AI pays back the most: you get use cases ranked by value and a recommendation for the first implementation. In AI Start, our AI consultant leads AI in your company for a quarter: on top of the roadmap, you get rules for working with AI, an adoption framework and a person ready to take it forward.

Next step
At 10% of their time: a quarterly review of the roadmap and value with the board.
Your AI lead runs the roadmap, and everything we produced stays with you.
Next projects, each with its own decision: agents on the AI Engine, data foundation and adoption programs.
