Microsoft Copilot for business.
From choosing licenses to work that actually changes.
We help you choose the right Copilot option, go through the purchase and rollout, and then we lead adoption. People hand repetitive tasks in Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel to Copilot, and the board sees what it brings the company.

When it fits
Licenses bought. Copilot is used to polish emails.
- Copilot Chat is in Microsoft 365, but some people have never opened it, and some paste customer emails and reports into private accounts.
- The company bought Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses. People polish texts with it, while quotes, summaries and reports are made the same way as a year ago.
- Licenses are underused, and AI ideas come up in departments with no process to collect and assess them.
- You don’t know who needs a paid license and for whom Copilot Chat is enough.
Access to a license alone does not change the way people work. A program that starts from your tasks does.
Our offer for business
You buy licenses and use them from day one. The real work starts later.
With us, that work has an order. First, free help choosing licenses, then three steps you can order separately or one after another.

Help choosing licenses
We work out who needs a paid Microsoft 365 Copilot license, for whom Copilot Chat is enough, and what budget to plan for agents. We help you choose and buy licenses.
Ask about choosing licenses →1Audit and start
Copilot usage audit
For companies that already have licenses. In 1-2 weeks, using Microsoft 365 usage reports, we check who uses Copilot and how, and agree where to start.

A short program in your company
8 weeks of work on their own tasks for a team of up to 30 people, on paid licenses. We measure the impact per participant, before and after.

Assistants, agents, integrations
Assistants and agents in Teams and Microsoft 365, connected to your systems, such as a Knowledge agent that answers questions about procedures with a link to the source.

Copilot options
Which Copilot for whom?
The line between what you can do within the license and what requires extra credits defines the scope of the program. That is why we set it before the start.
For everyone
Copilot Chat
AI chat included in your Microsoft 365 subscription, with no extra license: working with files, notebooks, research and an agent in the chat. Enough for a company-wide AI course.
Paid license per person
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Copilot in Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, plus an agent on company data. Teams can build simple agents themselves within the license. Cowork mode carries out multi-step tasks and uses extra Copilot credits.
For agents in processes
Copilot Studio
Building agents that take actions and connect to systems. It requires credits, a separate environment and data protection rules, so we do it in implementation projects, not in the adoption program.
Not sure who needs a paid license? If you already have licenses, we start with a usage audit: data from Microsoft 365 reports shows who uses Copilot and who doesn’t.
As of July 2026. Microsoft changes its options and credits every few months, so we check the current scope and license prices with you on the day of the call.
How it works
From licenses to work that actually changes.
Call
Licenses and credit budget
Before we design the scope, we confirm which licenses you have and how many credits you plan for agents.
1-2 weeks
Audit or selection
If you have licenses: a usage audit based on Microsoft 365 reports. If not: choosing the right options for each group.
2-3 weeks
AI Fundamentals for the whole company
E-learning on Copilot Chat: safe work with data, good prompts, short video walkthroughs of the real interface. The board sees who completed the course.
8 weeks
AI practitioners
Up to 30 people work on their own tasks with a trainer. Every participant works on their own solution, and we calculate the impact at the end of the program.
Proof
One approved tool, ideas from every department.
FMCG · AI program · in progress
An international FMCG manufacturer
The group had rules for working with AI and one corporate tool, but licenses were underused, and ideas came up in departments with no process. Company data goes only into the Copilot approved within the group. A network of AI Champions collects and assesses ideas, and selected use cases will go to the board for a decision.

Data security
“What about our data?”
One approved tool
Company data goes only into the Copilot approved by IT and security. In other tools, people practice on general data.
Rules for working with data
People know what they may paste into AI, what only after anonymization, and what never. A lesson with your AI policy is part of the company-wide course.
Anthropic models in Copilot
Cowork mode uses Anthropic’s Claude models as a subprocessor. The administrator can turn it off, and regulated companies should review this with their compliance team.
Agents and the AI Act
Agents in Copilot Studio need a separate environment and data loss prevention (DLP) rules, which we agree with IT before the first agent. Article 4 of the AI Act requires measures to support the development of skills among people using AI. The adoption programme supports the development of skills in using AI. We adapt its scope to how AI is used in the company.
AI Engine
What stays in your AI engine
AI instructions, agents built by teams and process descriptions stay in your company’s Microsoft 365, not in individual people’s heads. When an employee leaves, their way of working stays. This is the first layer of the AI Engine: the documented knowledge, procedures and rules of your company that agents later work on.
Scope
Scope and cost
What we do
- Help you choose Copilot options and go through the license purchase
- Check license usage based on Microsoft 365 reports
- Run the company-wide course and the team program
- Build assistants and agents in Microsoft 365 and Teams
What we don’t do
- We don’t stop at buying licenses: without adoption, Copilot stays an email editor
- We don’t push Copilot when Claude is a better fit for your company. We’ll say so directly
- We don’t run one-day trainings
- We don’t administer your Microsoft 365 on an ongoing basis
What the cost depends on
A fixed price per program
License prices are in Microsoft’s pricing. The cost of our work depends on the scope: the usage audit depends on headcount, and the team program has a fixed price for a group of up to 30 people. Poland’s National Training Fund (KFS) covers up to 70% of training costs.
What clients say about working with us

Frequently asked questions about Copilot at work.
Do we need a paid Copilot license for the course?
No. Copilot Chat in Microsoft 365 is enough for the company-wide course. The team program works with features beyond the chat, so every participant needs a paid license. We help you choose and buy licenses.
Who should get Microsoft 365 Copilot?
We base the decision on data. The usage audit shows from Microsoft 365 usage reports who uses AI and how. On that basis, we recommend who needs a paid license and for whom Copilot Chat is enough.
How is Copilot Studio different from Copilot in Microsoft 365?
Copilot in Microsoft 365 helps people with their work: in email, documents, spreadsheets and Teams. Copilot Studio is for building agents that take actions and connect to systems. It requires credits and a separate environment, so we do it in implementation projects.
Does Copilot use Claude models?
Yes, in some features. Cowork mode in Microsoft 365 Copilot, available since June 2026, runs on Anthropic models as a subprocessor. The administrator can turn it off. Regulated companies should review this with their compliance team before the start.
How long does a Copilot rollout with adoption take?
The usage audit takes 1-2 weeks, the company-wide course is 60-90 minutes of learning spread over 2-3 weeks, and the team program takes 8 weeks. We choose the first step based on where you are.
Can Copilot training be co-funded?
Yes. Poland’s National Training Fund (KFS) covers up to 70% of training costs, and WeAreFuture is listed in Poland’s Development Services Database (BUR). We prepare a quote for a specific funding call separately.
Copilot or Claude?
We work with both. The choice depends on what you work in, what data you have and who will use AI. If Claude is a better fit for your company, we’ll say so directly.
