Data and connections
AI and analytical tools support exploration. Production integrations depend on decisions about specific pilots.
In this ongoing programme, a network of AI Champions collects and assesses AI ideas in the group's departments, and selected use cases will go to the board for a decision.

01
The group already had approved rules for working with AI and one corporate tool, but adoption was grassroots and uncoordinated, and licences were underused. Ideas came up in departments, but there was no process to collect them, assess them and route them to a pilot. The board needed to know which use cases would deliver the most value with the available data and at low risk.
The programme is ongoing. Its current outcome is a structured set of use cases for assessment, rather than verified results from deployed agents.
02
With the AI Champions network we ran six sessions on tools and use cases in FMCG and two workshops for collecting and assessing ideas. We run one-to-one consultations that produce idea cards. We agree materials and tools with the client's IT and security teams, and for all employees we prepared AI fundamentals training material compliant with the AI Act. The next stages are presenting the priorities to the board and workshops in five departments.
03
Company data goes only to the Copilot approved in the group, and in other tools participants practise on general data. Champions collect ideas in departments using shared material, and refined ideas go into the roadmap as cards. Scoring on five criteria (repeatability, business impact, data availability, pilot feasibility and risk) sorts ideas into quick wins, data-dependent projects, strategic initiatives and ideas that do not need AI at all. One-to-one consultations check feasibility, including GDPR constraints and integration with the group's systems.

Workflow
Ambassadors collect tasks where AI may help teams.
Workshops and consultations assess value, data, feasibility and risks.
Comparable briefs support decisions on what to test and who should own the work.

Lessons
AI Champions collect their teams' problems, and after a one-to-one consultation a refined idea goes into the shared roadmap as a card.
Five criteria decide what is a quick win, what is a strategic project and what does not need AI at all: repeatability, impact, data, pilot feasibility and risk.
Company data goes only to the tool approved by the group's IT and security, and in other tools participants practise on general data.

Company of the Future
A project delivers results on its own, but it also leaves organized context behind in the company. Every next AI solution builds on it. This project added to the AI Engine:
A network of 15-20 AI Champions who collect ideas in departments using shared materials.
Scoring on five criteria sorts ideas into quick wins, projects that need data, strategic initiatives and ideas that do not need AI at all.
Idea cards on one roadmap, with feasibility checked in one-to-one consultations.
Value
Assessment identifies tasks where time savings should be measured.
Comparable proposals help management choose the next steps.
The next step is to select pilots, establish baselines and test outcomes through real work.
Most of our projects are covered by NDAs, so we only share part of them, without client names or details, as inspiration. We are happy to tell you more about our experience in a conversation.
Tell us how a process works today. Together, we will explore where AI Engine can help and which module to start with.
