AI for teams

Corporate AI training and adoption across the organisation. Level by level.

We teach on the tools you work with:Microsoft CopilotClaude

From the first useful task to a lasting change in how your team works. We build skills through practice, with the tools and materials your company uses.

  • Level 1 · Whole company · AI foundations: On our Hi_AI e-learning platform, the whole company learns shared rules and starts using the selected tool responsibly.
  • Level 2 · Power users · AI practitioners: A team works with a coach on its own tasks. AI use becomes an everyday practice.
  • Level 3 · Transformation leaders · AI First: processes redesigned: Leaders and teams redesign selected processes. Leadership gains a basis for implementation decisions.

Format

A programme instead of one-day workshops.

A one-day workshop gives inspiration but rarely changes how people work. That is why we run programmes in which people work with AI on their own tasks for several weeks. An adoption programme is change management, not just training. We change the habits and the way teams work, not only how they use a tool.

Tools

Whatever the tool, the team learns on its own tasks.

Our adoption programmes were designed by experts who work in Microsoft Copilot and Claude every day.

Microsoft Copilot

AI in the flow of Microsoft 365 work.

We start with the documents, email and meetings the team already works with. Adoption connects useful applications with information access rules.

Tasks
Working with materials in Word, Outlook and Teams. Exercises reflect the team’s actual responsibilities.
Preparation
Available licences, permissions and sharing rules in Microsoft 365.
Practice
Checking answers, recording useful approaches and comparing work before and after the programme.

Claude

Documents, context and reusable Skills.

We choose tasks that need analysis, synthesis or new materials. We organise the sources, instructions and criteria that make the result useful.

Tasks
Analysing documents, comparing information and preparing materials for the team’s work.
Preparation
Approved source materials, clear instructions, company context and rules for working with data.
Practice
Reusable Skills, review of the results and examples that other people can use.

How the program works

People work. The way of working stays in the company.

In the programme we write down proven ways of working: where to get the data, what to do with it, who receives the result and how to tell it is good. Other people and AI tools use these instructions.

  • When someone leaves, the way of working stays in the company.
  • The next person starts from a ready instruction, not from scratch.
  • You can see who does the same thing. Such tasks are candidates for an agent.

When we build an AI Engine, these instructions become part of it. See how AI Engine works →

Measuring results

We measure the effect of every level.

Before we start, we agree on the baseline and the measures with you. At level 1 we measure completions and knowledge, at level 2 the calculated effect per participant, and at level 3 initiatives with an initial return estimate and the board's decision.

  1. Before the start

    Baseline

A survey and conversations with teams show who uses AI and how, and how much time selected tasks take. Together we agree how we will recognise the effect.

  2. During

    Usage

We check how many people use the tool regularly, in the usage reports of the admin panel. Example: at a pharmaceutical company, adoption of the AI assistant grew from 10% to 87%.

  3. After the programme

    Effect

A survey shows the time recovered and its value, and the results register shows working use cases and saved Skills. Example: approx. PLN 47k per month at a manufacturing company (self-reported data).

  4. For the board

    Return

The report shows the change against the baseline and the next steps. Confirmed value counts towards our goal.

Our goalPLN 1 billionin value for clients by 2035. We count only the value our clients confirm. How we count the billion

After the programme

More teams, the first agent or data.

AI practitioners and AI First end with a register of use cases and a list of tasks worth improving. Based on it, the board decides what comes next.

Partners and certificates

Funding

Part of the program cost can be co-funded.

WeAreFuture is a registered provider in Poland’s Development Services Database (BUR), so our programs can be financed from public funds. We also hold the SUS 3.0 certificate, which makes applying easier. This applies to the programmes with a trainer (AI practitioners, AI First); the Hi_AI e-learning course cannot be funded through BUR. For a specific call, we prepare a separate quote.

National Training Fund (KFS)

Covers up to 70% of training costs. The employer applies at the local labour office.

PARP projects

Programs for companies run by PARP operators, for example in automation and AI. Conditions and funding levels follow the rules of each call.

Regional funds

Regional funding systems co-finance development services. The level of support depends on the region.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about AI training and adoption.

Where can we train our team in AI?

In a programme that works on your tasks and tools. We run three levels: the Hi_AI e-learning platform for the whole company, the AI practitioners programme for power users and the AI First: processes redesigned programme for leaders. We teach in Microsoft Copilot or Claude.

How long does the programme take?

On the Hi_AI platform, lessons take 4–8 minutes and the core takes 60–90 minutes spread over 2–3 weeks. AI practitioners takes 8 weeks and 11 sessions with a trainer for a group of up to 30 people. AI First takes about 6 weeks in the calendar, including about 4 weeks of team work, and covers 3 to 6 teams.

Do you run one-day AI workshops for companies?

Not as a standalone service. Workshops are part of the programme, because a single day rarely changes how people work. In the programme, people work with AI on their own tasks for several weeks, and the trainer comes back to them in the following sessions.

Which tools do you teach?

Microsoft Copilot and Claude. If your company has not chosen a tool yet, we help with the choice and the purchase.

Can the programme be co-funded?

Yes. We are listed in Poland’s Development Services Database (BUR), so programmes can be financed, among others, from the National Training Fund (up to 70% of training costs) or from PARP projects. This applies to the programmes with a trainer; the Hi_AI e-learning course cannot be funded through BUR. For a specific call, we prepare a separate quote.

How do you measure the effect?

Before the start we agree on the baseline and the measures. During the programme we check how many people use the tool regularly, and afterwards a survey measures the time recovered and its value. The board report shows the change against the baseline.

What stays in the company after the programme?

Written-down ways of working and Skills, a results register and people who support their colleagues. On this basis we choose the next step, more teams, the first agent or a data foundation.
