WeAreFuture has received the SUS 3.0 certificate - the Training and Development Services Standard, issued by the Polish Chamber of Training Companies (PIFS). It is independent confirmation that our AI training meets the highest quality standards on the Polish professional development market.

What the SUS 3.0 certificate is
SUS 3.0 is the latest version of the quality standard for training and development companies in Poland, developed by the Polish Chamber of Training Companies. A company goes through an audit run by independent auditors, who verify five areas: quality management and ethics, analysis of client needs, designing services for a measurable outcome, delivering training, and evaluation and improvement.
Version 3.0 puts additional emphasis on modern technologies in development processes. For a company that teaches organizations to implement AI, it is a standard that matches how we work every day.
The Polish Chamber of Training Companies
The Polish Chamber of Training Companies is the largest industry organization for training and development companies in Poland. It represents the industry towards public institutions, develops quality standards, including SUS, and looks after ethics in the development services market.
With the certification, WeAreFuture joined the members of the Polish Chamber of Training Companies.

What this means for our clients
The certificate confirms that our training is designed and delivered according to proven, independently verified standards, from needs analysis, through delivery, to measuring the outcome.
SUS 3.0 is also one of the standards that qualify a provider to offer services in Poland's Development Services Database (BUR), the public register of subsidized training and development services. This opens the way for companies to run AI training co-financed from public and EU funds.
Two confirmations in June
We completed the SUS 3.0 certification in June 2026. In the same month we received an invitation to Anthropic's Claude Partner Network. Two independent confirmations of quality: one on the training side, the other on the AI implementation side.
